The
members of the
Sigma Tau Omega Chapter
of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated would
like to thank you for taking the time to visit
and explore our website.
The Sigma Tau Omega Chapter was founded in 1990 and is located in Cary,
North Carolina. Our members have made a life
time commitment and dedicate
thousands of volunteer hours a year to create
programs that will serve and enlighten our surrounding
communities.
Our programs focus primarily on 4 of the 5 International Platforms:
I. Non Traditional Entrepreneur
II. Economic Keys to Success
III. Economic Growth of the Black Family
V. Health Resources Management and Economics
Annually, we create and host enrichment programs
around these four initiatives to serve the youth,
senior citizens and disadvantaged families in
the Western Wake County Communities.
Please
read on to find out more about Sigma Tau Omega,
our beautiful sisterhood and relentless commitment
to "provide service to all mankind".
